Zion Township Assessors Office
What do we do?
At the Zion Township Assessors Office, we appraise each property to determine its market value. Our method is established by the Illinois Department of Revenue and the property is then assessed at 33.33% of the value by statue. Our job is to place market values on each parcel in the Zion Township Jurisdiction.
What do I need to know right now?
