Cheri Neal, Zion Township Supervisor

Cheri is responsible for creating networks and relationships to support her team in accessing resources for residents, developing future community leaders for the sustainability of the Zion community, collaboratively addressing systematic issues that affect Zion residents, and ensuring compliance with laws and mandates.

Amy Onan, Client Workforce Coordinator

Amy Onan joined the team the beginning of 2019 in a dual role as a part-time Administrative Support and Case Management position. She offers a wealth of experience and her professional background has a blend of skills ranging from youth advocate, higher education, work force development training, government, social services and community outreach.

Sandra Usher, Chief Operating Officer

Sandra Usher joined Zion Township as the Administrative Assistant in September 2012 and in 2018 was promoted as the Business Manager. The responsibility of the Business Manager is to ensure the day-to-day operations of Zion Township including HR, finances, accounting, IT, and marketing. Sandra also coordinates the ZB Quarterly magazine and is the co-chair of the Zion Benton Leadership Academy.

Nayeli Cardenas, Administrative Assistant

Nayeli, joined Zion Township in April 2022. She serves as our primary receptionist and handles all client intake and social media.

Adriana Ortiz, Client Services Director

Adriana Ortiz joined Zion Township as the Administrative Assistant in July 2005 and in 2010 was promoted as the Case Manager. The responsibility of the Case Manager is to work with other agencies to link available resources to Zion constituents in an effort to aid and address their current situation.

Grace Camboa, Client Services Coordinator

Grace joined Zion Township in 2005 as the Administrative Assistant but moved when CREW Inc. separated from Zion Township. She then rejoined the team as our Administrative Assistant in 2018. Grace assists residents who call and/or visit Zion Township to ensure they get connected with the more appropriate staff member or outside agency.
